Gary Ferrier

Head of Planning & Architecture

Gary Joined Lucas in 2014 and heads up our Architectural Department overseeing development and housing design, together with building regulation and design (stage 3) drawings. Gary has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, and has a wealth of experience gained from national developers such as Bovis Homes.

Maggie Williams

Planning Coordinator

Maggie joined the company in 2016 and works as the company’s Planning Co-coordinator. Her role involves liaising with internal and external specialists for the preparation and submission of the company’s planning applications. Maggie is a qualified chartered town planner with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

Colin Begeman MSc MRTPI

Strategic Land Manager & Town Planner

Colin concentrates on the strategic elements of our land acquisition process, with a firm understanding of current planning policy and legal restrictions, as well as a strong commercial understanding of land acquisition and land promotion.

His experience covers both Public and Private Sectors having worked in Scotland, Jersey, New Zealand and England.

His expertise covers identifying strategic land development opportunities, negotiating acquisition and securing the most effective strategy to unlock and maximise the deliver-ability of the site.

Natasha Ayling

Interior Architect

Natasha joined Lucas Design in 2014. Initially, she assisted with the final designs and layouts of our development schemes whilst finishing her Interior Architecture degree at Arts University Bournemouth. Natasha still works on our developments but also leads the internal design process for our private commissions within Lucas Bespoke. Natasha helps our clients to achieve the full potential of their home, tailoring bespoke designs and specifications to suit their visions.

Eliot Jauregui

Architectural Designer

Eliot joined Lucas Design in 2015 after graduating from Canterbury School of Architecture. Since then he has developed a strong background in Architecture and planning. He now concentrates on the strategic residential housing schemes of our land acquisition process, successfully maintains client relationships and assists the senior land buyers.
