Alexander Lucas

Director of Lucas Bespoke

Alexander joined Lucas in 1995 and has developed his wealth of experience through working up the company structure, from ground works to Construction Director. Alexander now heads the Private Client business, Lucas Bespoke, and with his knowledge, guides clients through the complex 'self build' process. Alexander has lead the delivery of some of the most exclusive houses in the South East of England, an is ideally placed to assist clients in realising their dream new home.

Tony Pendrigh

Build Director

Tony joined Lucas in 2018, and has worked in the construction industry for over thirty four years, initially commencing his career as an apprentice carpenter, and then progressing into site management.

For the last twenty years he has worked at senior management and director levels, for companies such as Canary Wharf Contractors Ltd, Berkeley Group, Barratt London and Weston Homes.

He has gained an extensive breadth and depth of knowledge and experience for all aspects of the construction industry, and he’s been responsible for the construction of developments ranging from residential housing estates, large complicated London mixed-use residential schemes, a thirty four storey commercial tower block, super-prime houses and apartments, to various listed building refurbishments and conversions.

Gavin Musk

Construction Site Manager

Gavin joind Lucas in 1996 and is a bricklayer by trade with an in depth knowledge of all aspects of construction which has enabled him to efficiently project manage, various sites. He served his apprenticeship with the company, and won the Silver Trowel award, which demonstrates his ability and attention to detail.

Mark Edwards

Ground Works Manager

Mark manages our in-house groundworks team and has extensive knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering.

Roland Musk

Client Aftercare

Roland joined Lucas in 1996 and is a carpenter by trade with an in depth knowledge of the company and all aspects of construction. Over the many years he has been with the company, he has successfully managed various projects. He has now taken on the after sales care for Lucas Design.

Simon Hacker

Buyer/Surveyor

Simon joined Lucas in 2017 and is responsible for ensuring that we are working within budget while maintaining relation-ships with suppliers, sub-contractors and site managers.
